I know he had a rough go of it last year, but I really hope he can stay focused this year and have some good rides over there.

I hope he kills it over there. Steep competition but if you want to be the best, got to beat the best.

Ricky D is fast when he wants to be. He did real well at the ISDE a few years ago (2nd overall I think???) so I think he can do some damage over there.

Has an American rider ever had any real success in the WEC? I know things definitely didn't work out for Kanney an the Husky team when he went over a few years ago.

I think just the few times Kurt has went over the past few years, as far as I know nobody has done well for a whole series though.

I think the Husky team is one of the better ones to be on now, didn't they win multiple titles last year?

From my understanding, the Husky team can be really good if they hook you up with all the good stuff. Chris Hollis raced for them a couple of years ago in the World Enduros and the story I heard was that Husky would hook up Antoine Meo with one-off parts that the rest of the team didn't get. Juha obviously had success with them last year, but he's a freak of nature, and I'm sure he got whatever he wanted since he is who he is. RD has the speed and if the bike is setup well I can see him doing well overall.

Husky has definitely been known to do that, for a few years when they first came back to the US all the "Factory" guys got was free bikes and few parts, no one-off parts from Europe, no help with testing and development etc.

I'm hoping since he's based in Italy and spending quite a bit of time with the team (atleast that's what his videos make it seem like) that he'll get whatever he needs to run up front. I'm glad he's on the 250 as well, I think that is the best bike Husky has right now.

Regardless, I think everybody needs to cut him some slack (basically forget his screw ups last year haha) and support him, he's the best chance we have for an American to run up front in EWC until Kurt gets his chance to go over there!

Hey Hoop, if I sent you the picture for my Avatar could you size it for me? I know your super busy but I've tried several times to make it work and can't.

Thanks for getting this going by the way, hopefully a good group of guys will build up on here and we can have some real off-road bench racing!
